Solution

A clear, accessible signage system—including directional signs, capacity limits, mask requirements, and health screening information—used a calm yet authoritative visual identity. The design was distinct from standard organizational branding to signal important health information, while maintaining enough visual connection that users recognized the familiar, trusted voice of staff. Modular templates enabled rapid messaging updates as guidelines changed, sometimes within hours.
