Challenge

  • Seven organizations had distinct visual identities and institutional priorities

  • Brand system needed to establish shared trust without favoring any single organization

  • Primary audience included users navigating job searching under stress

  • Needed long-term maintainability across decentralized teams

Solution

  • Developed a flexible visual identity system adaptable across organizations

  • Created modular social media templates for shared programming promotion

  • Prioritized intuitive navigation, accessible typography, and clear information hierarchy

  • Designed website experience around reducing user friction and cognitive load

  • Produced documentation enabling independent maintenance by partner organizations

Results

  • Website has remained active and maintained since 2022

  • All partner organizations can independently manage updates

  • Documentation enabled long-term sustainability without designer oversight

  • Project received coverage in regional press
